My Dad's neckties are my "repurposed" fabric. I used pre-ciut paper shapes for English pape piecing made by Paper Pieces.
Dad wore a tie to work every day for 40 years. As a newspaperman, he worked days, nights, weekends, and holidays. That's a lot of ties and styles.
The name of this piece was inspired by the colors of the ties I chose and the 1/2 gallon of Spumoni I consumed while creating the piece.
